This Shipping & Returns Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use & Conditions and the Privacy & Cookies Policy, and should be read in conjunction with them.
1. Shipping & Delivery of Orders
Orders are processed by the Company and handed over to the partner courier only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times depend on the product category and availability:
- Cosmetic products:3‑4 business days
- Other products on the Website:7‑14 business days, depending on availability
The stated delivery times are indicative and may be subject to change.
The Company makes every effort to deliver products on time but is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond the Company’s or its partners’ control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, government interventions, or supply chain issues).
In any case, if delivery of the order is delayed by more than 30 calendar days, the customer has the right to cancel the order, and the Company will refund the total amount paid (including shipping costs).
Shipping Costs
Greece:
- For orders up to 2 kg, shipping costs are €5, with an additional €1/kg for each extra kilogram.
- For orders up to 3 kg with a total value exceeding €60 (including VAT), shipping is FREE.
European Union & Cyprus:
- For orders up to 2 kg, shipping costs are €15, with an additional €2/kg for each extra kilogram.
- For orders up to 3 kg with a total value exceeding €150 (including VAT), shipping is FREE.
Please note that we do not ship to countries outside the European Union (with the exception of the United Kingdom).
United Kingdom:
- For shipments to the United Kingdom up to 2 kg, shipping costs are €30, with an additional €4/kg for each extra kilogram.
- For orders up to 3 kg with a total value exceeding €150 (including VAT), shipping is FREE. Please note that customs clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, and/or local VAT. These charges are not included in the order price, are determined by the UK customs authorities and the carrier, and are borne exclusively by the recipient upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed by the courier because you could not be reached after the courier’s attempts to contact you, the order will be returned to the Company, and the amount you paid will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs of the parcel to the Company.
2. Returns & Withdrawals
Return of Defective / Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders
Every order is prepared with care for our products and respect for the customer. Therefore, we pay special attention to the products we send. Nevertheless, if you receive a defective or damaged product, or a product different from what you ordered (in type or quantity), please contact us by email at
Once we receive the returned products, our competent department will inspect them to verify the issue and confirm whether the products meet the necessary return conditions (see table below).
If the inspection confirms that the products are eligible for return, the Company will contact you to either replace the defective products or refund the exact amount you paid for them (including shipping costs), within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made to the same account used for the original payment, or by bank transfer to an IBAN you provide.
In the above cases (defect or Company error), the cost of returning the product to us, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement product, are borne exclusively by the Company, provided that the partner courier we specify is used.
Return Due to Withdrawal (Right to Change of Mind)
In the case of withdrawal from the sales contract, you have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must complete the Model Withdrawal Form and send it to the Company by email at
The Company will then refund the price without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day it is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. However, the Company may lawfully delay the refund until it receives the products back or until you provide proof of return shipment (e.g., return tracking number).
The right of withdrawal applies only to sealed products returned in their original condition.
The original shipping costs for the order are refunded to the customer only if all products in the order are returned. In the case of a partial return, those costs are not refunded.
Finally, the cost of shipping returned products back to the Company is always borne by the customer.
